It is always better to make things clear before the first conversation.
About Palpitaria
Palpitaria is a marketing consultancy.
We get to know the business, understand its situation, connect information that is often scattered, organise priorities and help build the marketing it needs to move forward.
This may involve brand, positioning, products, planning, communication, CRM, customer experience, processes, channels, data, technology, artificial intelligence, team structure and suppliers.
The idea is not to arrive with a ready-made formula. It is to understand what the business needs and turn that into decisions that make sense for its reality.
Palpitaria is a consultancy.
A consultancy helps understand the problem, set a direction, organise priorities, develop strategies and build the conditions for marketing to work better.
An agency may be one of the structures needed after that.
When a project calls for ongoing content production, media, design, development or another specialism, Palpitaria helps identify what needs to be commissioned, structure that work and collaborate with the partners responsible for delivery.
Our role is to help the business understand what needs to be done, why, by whom and how those parts need to work together.
Palpitaria develops strategies, plans, branding, assessments, documents, tools, processes, brand structures, research, supporting materials and other solutions the project needs.
What changes from client to client is what needs to be built. Each Projeto de Marketing Descomplicado therefore has its own combination of work.
Palpitaria can work on a brand’s strategy, but does not design the logo.
Before the design, we work on what gives it direction: business, audience, positioning, personality, language, brand architecture, references and the criteria that identity needs to meet.
From there, Palpitaria can prepare the brief, oversee the process and help choose designers, studios or agencies to develop the visual identity.
The logo no longer starts with “which colour do you like?” and instead answers to a strategy.
Palpitaria can work on a website from the logic, planning and strategy that precede development.
Before thinking about the screen, we understand the website’s role in the business: who will visit, what they need to find, what we want them to do next, which pages are needed, how the brand speaks, what content is required and how it connects with the rest of the marketing.
Palpitaria can structure the architecture, content, technical brief, domain selection, requirements and SEO, and oversee production with the design and development professionals.
This means the business does not start discussing buttons and animations before knowing what the website needs to solve.
Palpitaria does not take on day-to-day social media operations.
The work is to understand which channels make sense, each channel’s role, who the brand needs to reach, how those channels should be configured and what presence the business can sustain.
Based on this structure, we also define who should manage the operation: someone within the business, a social media professional, an agency or another partner.
The intention is to organise marketing so it can work within the business, rather than create an operation that depends on Palpitaria forever to publish the next post.
Excellent.
Palpitaria works alongside internal teams, agencies, designers, media specialists, developers, communications advisers and other suppliers.
Having professionals already involved allows the consultancy to improve processes, align brand concepts, organise responsibilities, review priorities, connect areas and help each partner understand what they need to deliver and why.
We do not assume the people already there need to be replaced. First, we understand what needs to work better.
Yes.
When a strategy requires expertise the business does not have, Palpitaria can recommend professionals, businesses, software and suppliers and help evaluate alternatives.
Wherever possible, we encourage important decisions to be made after comparing at least three proposals.
This allows price, quality, timing, scope and working methods to be compared side by side, reducing the influence of a single recommendation.
The best choice needs to be the best for the business, not simply the first supplier to join the conversation.
Palpitaria mainly works with businesses where owners, partners, founders or leaders remain closely involved in decisions.
Our clients have included businesses in healthcare, industry, retail, real estate, education, food, services, personal brands, social projects and other sectors.
More important than belonging to a particular sector is being willing to examine marketing in depth and take part in the decisions that need to be made.
There is no magic employee count or revenue figure that determines whether Palpitaria is right for a business.
We look at its stage, structure, marketing challenge, ability to implement and who will be involved in decisions.
A small business can face a very complex challenge. A larger business may need to resolve a very specific issue.
This context helps determine whether there is a good way to work together.
Yes.
Because the work takes place online, Palpitaria can work with businesses in different locations.
We have had clients in Brazil, France and Italy, and can work in Portuguese, English or Italian.
Not at present.
Palpitaria works online.
Meetings, documents, support and project development have been organised to work this way, including when the business is in another city or country.
If this model changes in future, this policy will also be updated.
Project operations are organised mainly within the Google ecosystem.
We use Google Meet for meetings, Google Calendar for scheduling and work organisation, and Google Drive to centralise project documents, transcripts, files and materials.
Day-to-day communication generally takes place in each client’s WhatsApp group, making coordination quicker and keeping clients close to Bruno and Palpitaria throughout the work.
Yes. This is part of a consultancy relationship.
To really understand a business, we often need access to documents, figures, processes, research, meetings and other non-public information.
These materials are used for the project’s purpose and organised in authorised working environments.
Contracts also establish confidentiality rules and protection for shared information.
When a project involves personal data, Palpitaria works within the responsibilities defined for that relationship and uses information only for the purposes necessary to the work.
The business remains responsible for its obligations as controller of its own data.
Where a specific legal or regulatory issue arises, Palpitaria develops the marketing strategy based on guidance from the responsible professional.
Marketing consultancy does not replace legal, accounting or other qualified professional advice.
There are two main ways to start.
For the Projeto de Marketing Descomplicado Palpitaria®, the first step is to complete the application so we can come to the first conversation with a better understanding of the business and its situation.
For the Programa Palpitaria® na Prática, the starting point is the Program’s next group.
Projeto de Marketing Descomplicado Palpitaria®
The Projeto de Marketing Descomplicado Palpitaria®, or Palpitaria’s Uncomplicated Marketing Project, is our strategic consultancy developed for one business at a time.
We research the business, speak directly with those who lead it, understand its situation and build a specific project to organise and develop its marketing.
The Project is structured to take place over six months.
Businesses that have recognised it is time to give marketing proper attention and use it to build a new level of value for the business.
This may mean organising priorities, strengthening brand and communication, building positioning and language, improving planning, connecting marketing with the rest of the business, structuring data, technology and supplier criteria, or preparing for a new stage.
The Project does not exist only to fix problems. It also builds what the business still needs to grow, get organised and move forward more effectively.
No.
Palpitaria has a methodology that structures the journey: map the situation, prioritise decisions, structure the strategy and guide implementation of the plan.
What goes into that journey varies entirely from business to business.
Two businesses may say “we need to improve our marketing” and need to work on completely different things.
We start by gathering context.
The application provides an initial understanding of the business. Palpitaria then researches it and speaks directly with those who lead the operation in the Context Interview.
From there, we organise priorities, assess the work required and decide whether there is a Project in which Palpitaria can create enough impact to justify the investment.
When there is a meaningful path to build together, the proposal sets out what we will work on, how Palpitaria will contribute, the duration, timeline and investment.
No.
The application is a necessary step for Palpitaria to get to know the business before the first conversation and arrive with more context and better questions.
After that conversation, we naturally need to confirm whether what the business wants, its stage and Palpitaria’s way of working are a good fit.
It is not a test to decide who “deserves” to be a client.
Yes.
Projects follow a weekly rhythm. When the stage or volume of decisions requires it, there may be more than one meeting in the same week.
The schedule follows the project’s needs. In some weeks, conversation is essential. In others, important work happens while Palpitaria researches, analyses, develops a document or prepares a deliverable.
The project also has a timeline and deadlines to keep the work moving forward over the months.
The Project has a structured core; the context determines where we go deeper.
The Project structures the assessment and priorities, brand strategy, marketing strategy, planning, action plan and implementation roadmap. The exact documents, tools, workshops, research and materials reflect each business’s reality and the decisions made together.
These elements must not stand alone. They need to address the problems and objectives identified in the Project.
It depends on the area.
Some elements are developed directly by Palpitaria. Others belong to the business’s team or require specific professionals, such as designers, developers, media, technology, legal or other specialists.
Palpitaria helps organise this structure so the strategy has people able to make it work.
Yes.
The first question is not “who will we replace?” but “what needs to work better?”
If the current partners are a good fit, Palpitaria works alongside them.
Where there are gaps, we identify the missing expertise and help the business structure a solution.
Some things may run later than expected during a project. No business lives in a world where everything happens exactly on the planned day.
When information, approval, material or a decision is delayed, Palpitaria explains the impact on the timeline, next stages and contracted work.
We then reorganise what we can.
What is not possible is to indefinitely postpone a decision that unlocks other stages and expect everything else to keep its original dates. Deadlines also depend on the conditions needed for work to progress.
Projetos de Marketing Descomplicado start at R$30,000.
The final investment varies according to the business’s size and the work needed for the six-month Project.
That is why there is no “small, medium and large Project” price table.
After the application and Context Interview, Palpitaria analyses the situation and presents a complete recommendation when we believe there is a worthwhile Project to build together.
Yes.
Payment terms are presented with the proposal and agreed before contracting.
Yes.
The proposal explains what Palpitaria recommends working on, how we will contribute, the estimated work, duration and investment.
The business makes its decision knowing which Project is being proposed.
The aim is for the business to finish the Project much better prepared to manage marketing day to day.
Some businesses continue independently. Others want to keep Palpitaria close to analyse results, adjust decisions and organise new priorities.
Some businesses continue with their own team and suppliers. Those wishing to explore other support options can find an explanation at the end of the Project landing page.
Programa Palpitaria® na Prática
The Programa Palpitaria® na Prática, or Palpitaria in Practice Program, is a 12-week experience for business owners, partners, founders and leaders who want to understand marketing better and apply that knowledge in their own business.
The idea is to broaden understanding, connect the different areas of marketing and help those leading the business decide their next steps with greater clarity and confidence.
No.
The Program is designed for people running a business, rather than training new marketing professionals.
The aim is to help participants understand marketing better, identify priorities and oversee teams and suppliers with greater understanding.
The Program covers different parts of marketing, including audiences, brand, positioning, language, channels, content, social media, CRM, strategy, planning, budget, data, KPIs, artificial intelligence, suppliers, brand assets and crisis management.
The aim is not to collect concepts.
It is to understand how these parts connect, how one area affects another and which deserve attention in each business’s reality.
In the Projeto de Marketing Descomplicado Palpitaria®, Palpitaria works in depth with one specific business.
We research, assess, organise priorities, build strategy, develop plans and guide implementation of the decisions made together.
In the Programa Palpitaria® na Prática, the aim is to give business owners, partners, founders and leaders a structured view of marketing as a discipline.
Participants understand how the main areas work, how they connect, what a marketing operation needs and how to organise the next steps in their own business.
The Project transforms a business’s marketing alongside its people.
The Program broadens the understanding of those leading the business so they can manage this area better.
12 weeks.
It is an experience with a beginning, middle and end, with weekly online meetings.
Yes.
Meetings take place online, bringing together business owners, partners, founders and leaders from different locations.
Yes.
The Program combines individual and group meetings.
Group sessions broaden understanding, discussion and exchange of experiences. Individual sessions explore how those topics appear in each participant’s specific situation.
Yes.
The idea is precisely to put the topics into practice.
The Program includes activities, materials, tools and exercises so participants can examine their business, analyse what is already there and start organising decisions and next steps while learning.
Each group brings together up to five people, representing up to five businesses. Palpitaria organises its composition based on the profiles of the businesses and participants.
Competing businesses or businesses in the same sector do not join the same group.
The intention is to create a group where people can exchange experiences and talk comfortably about their businesses.
No.
The Program helps business leaders better understand, hire, guide and oversee marketing.
Implementation can still be handled by an internal team, agency, freelancers or other suppliers.
The difference is that the business owner engages in these relationships with much greater understanding of what is happening and how to decide the next steps.
Yes.
When you better understand what you need, it becomes much easier to compare proposals, ask questions, spot unsupported promises and judge whether a solution really addresses your business’s problem.
Marketing should not require a business owner to believe everything in a polished presentation simply because the person presenting knows more acronyms.
Greater understanding helps you hire with better judgement.
The 2027 group fee is R$6,000.
