About Palpitaria

A Brazilian marketing consultancy that turns knowledge, context and complexity into decisions real businesses can put into practice.

What we believe

Marketing is neither decoration nor a gamble.

Business leaders already make decisions every day about:

And, at some point, they also need to decide about:

Many choices that belong to another professional discipline: marketing.

Every marketing decision consumes:

moneytimeattentionteam energy

That is why everything needs a reason to exist.

Good marketing should not be a privilege reserved for giant companies.

Palpitaria was created to bring real businesses closer to the marketing knowledge that, for a long time, was much more readily available inside large organisations.

Bringing that knowledge does not mean reproducing a multinational in miniature. It means understanding the value behind good practices and rebuilding them at a scale that makes sense for the people, resources and stage of each business.

Big-company knowledge does not mean a big company in miniature.

Better marketing is not just doing more and more.

Improving marketing means identifying what deserves attention, choosing what really helps and turning decisions into something the business can put into practice.

Doing more for its own sake only adds work, cost and complexity.

Making things clearer is not pretending they are simple. It is making complexity:

UNDERSTANDABLE → DECISION-READY → ACTIONABLE

A working business moves far more than its own cash flow.

A healthy business creates a network of impact far beyond its shareholders. It supports jobs and families, engages suppliers, serves clients, creates opportunities and participates in the life of its community .

JOBS · FAMILIES · SUPPLIERS · CLIENTS · COMMUNITY

That is why a bad decision never affects only a spreadsheet.

Marketing needs to serve the business, and the business also needs to make sense in the lives of those who created it and work in it every day.

A strategy can increase revenue while creating a routine the owner does not want, accelerating beyond what the team can handle or requiring an investment that turns every decision into fear.

The question is not just how much the business can grow. It is also what kind of business it wants to become and what that growth will demand of those sustaining it.

Our dream is to make good marketing possible for real businesses and real business owners.

The strategy needs to fit the business that will put it into practice.

Palpitaria brings knowledge from very different operations, rather than a ready-made structure to fit everyone. What works in a business with hundreds of people, systems and a large budget may be entirely unsuitable for a five-person team.

The work is to identify the principle behind a good practice and rebuild it for the business’s reality:
its people, its resources, its stage and its real capacity to implement.

Creativity and structure CAN live together.

Palpitaria looks for the idea that makes sense and the structure that makes it possible to implement.

Our story

Palpitaria began before it became a business.

In 2019, a friend of Bruno’s was starting a business and asked for help with marketing. The work brought together two realities that had rarely met: the knowledge of large operations and day-to-day life of a business with a different structure, a different budget and decisions closely tied to those building it.

More referrals followed and, in 2021, that practice gained a name and identity: Palpitaria.

About Bruno

An advertising professional and brand and marketing strategist, Bruno has worked in marketing for more than 15 years across very different contexts, including customer experience, retail, CRM, communication, branding, technology, operations and team management.

He started working at Walt Disney World and then joined The Walt Disney Company Brasil, where he was part of the original launch team for Rádio Disney. Next came Sephora and Calvin Klein, broadening his experience in retail, visual merchandising, customer relationships, franchises, technology, culture and brand experience.

At Natura, he worked on relationships, communication, branding and governance at scale, in an operation involving more than 1.5 million Beauty Consultants and dozens of brands, channels and markets. Later, at Arizona, he returned to the Natura ecosystem, leading communication and client service in a creative operation connected to different teams, markets and thousands of deliverables.

Entrepreneurship also changed how Bruno sees this knowledge. Beyond thinking about strategy, he began experiencing decisions about budget, suppliers, operations, communication, pace of growth and everything that needs to connect for a business to keep moving forward sustainably.

Today, this combination is directly reflected in Palpitaria’s work: strategy that needs to make sense on paper, fit reality and reach implementation.

Palpitaria is the sum of many lessons.

Bruno’s career has spanned very different sectors, businesses and problems. Each experience left lessons that continue to shape how Palpitaria sees marketing today.
